Customer service

  • I did not receive the confirmation email
    The confirmation message may have slipped into your spam emails: don't forget to take a look. Otherwise, go to your personal space to find all the information about your order.

  • Download my invoice
    Find your invoice in your personal space.

     

  • Modification or cancellation
    Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot modify or cancel it. If your items are not suitable, you have 15 days to return your order. Please note that we do not make exchanges for online purchases - refunds only.
     

  • Delivery times / delay
    Standard and Express Shipping: Your order will be shipped normally.
    To track your order:  here  or in your personal account. In the current context, delivery times can be a bit longer.

  • Missing part or item not received
    A small oversight or an error in your order? Notify us by message so that we can send you a return slip and find a solution. Write to us here . Do not forget to specify in your message the reference of the order concerned.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • How to return an e-shop purchase?
    If you are not satisfied with your items, you have 15 days to return your item for a refund.
    Fill out the return form attached to your order (if you no longer have it: specify the reference of your order in a note attached to your shipment) and place the item and the return form in sturdy packaging.  Send the package with tracking to Couleurs Paris 18 rue Lucien Sampaix 75010 Paris.

  • How do I return a Click & Collect purchase?
    Returns are made when you collect your order. (A confirmation email will be sent to you and the refund will be made on the card used for the purchase within 15 working days.)
     

  • Have you received my feedback?
    Returns take approximately 8 working days to reach us after dispatch.  A confirmation email will be sent to you and the refund will be made on the card used for the purchase within 15 working days.
     

  • When will I be reimbursed?
    The
    refund is made within 15 days of registering your return. It is made directly on the bank card used for the purchase.

  • What are our delivery methods and times?
    Express delivery: 48 working hours
    Standard delivery  : 4-5 working days *
    Delivery in store - Click & Collect: 3 to 5 working days.
     

  • How to track my order ?
